It looks like this company is a predatory fund run by an under forty hot dog based in San Diego. I'm curious to see which debt that they "recently" acquired. Could be something left over from the toxic finacing days.

It was over. Taken care of. That is the way I took it. I was at first shocked, oh no!!!
Then relief as it was now water under the bridge. What was posted on the court website was without details. Done.
Is there a ratio of sharks to producton? The more gold that comes out the more they prey. History has been that way for ever.
