THERE WAS AN ACTION IN N.J. COURT.

I spotted this earlier in the month. If you are refering to Pacific Gold Investments and PCFG. Before posting an observaton, I tracked the case number.

It was over. Taken care of. That is the way I took it. I was at first shocked, oh no!!!

Then relief as it was now water under the bridge. What was posted on the court website was without details. Done.

Is there a ratio of sharks to producton? The more gold that comes out the more they prey. History has been that way for ever.
