We're talking about Black Mountain Equities, Inc., v. Pacific Gold Corp., 2:12-cv-01285-ES-CLW (D.N.J. filed Mar. 1, 2012). When I checked the docket yesterday evening, all that had transpired was the filing of the complaint through a waiver of service.
