All I am saying is we folks should wait for the new financials before we jump to any conclusions. Its senseless to clammer on the old numbers. Right now, just be glad we are trading again and wait for the official first day of trading. I am curious how the market will react once it trades.
BTW, Schwab and Scottrade as of end of day today still shows the Trust jargon and Cusips. The effective date of that memo was 3/13. I hope the DTCC and brokers can work out their issues soon.
if a creditor accepts .20 on the dollar to clear their claim then they are done-finished and will not get more money down the road -if a deal is struck and that claim is satisfied -end of claim - unsettled claims have a reserve set up to handle them after the exit from BK and most are settled for less than the reserve set back for them - the creditors WILL NOT be paid in full -if they could have paid them the Bk would have never happened -
