it is my understanding that we are getting the approx 18/100 settlement as well .it is just going to go to the bonds we are sub to. if that SETTLES everbody do we go away as well,since we got our share but could not keep it

i have to agree, a deal is a deal and if you settle for a percentage,,,,isnt that what you get? or do they change the payout rules to suit themselves? how does that work? i dont have a clue. sure seems strange though.
