I think you misunderstood me, JFF. I stated that it would be to DB's advantage to depress the share price ahead of the agreement so they could get more shares, to which redflame countered that it would be to PTQ's advantage to increase the SP ahead of the effective date. I was just reinforcing redflame's point by saying we have the buyback program and the cash to do so if PTQ wanted to run up the price ... you're right, they're definitely not buying back shares and haven't since December, but perhaps now that this convertible loan is through, they might start up again.
