It's not PTQ buying any shares for sure. It would be DB and their cronies that are doing the buying. Now, unless they know something that's coming out from the Company that will lift the SP in the coming weeks, I'm skeptical of where the shares are trading now as being the bottom. I say that because the markets are high now and up over 8% year to date and gold is still correcting. If the markets sell off anytime soon the SP will drop too.
