The inside bid is very important and can be manipulated as easy as the offer can. The inside bid is the highest price someone will pay for the stock right now. you can put bids up for .25. But it wont be the inside bid. if .25 is the inside bid, we have a problem. .25 is always up there. Its never the inside though. I can put an offer up there at $1000 a share. It wont be the inside offer. Not sure what it is youre saying.
