The Bid is easilly manipulated. Not market maker (or Whale, LOL) dependent. Despite the comments of some it doesn't mean much. I could wake up each morning and put out a bid for 10,000 shares at .25, leave it for the day,and it would reflect on the bid all day. I couldn't have the same power over the ask. We really shouldn't put too much weight on the bid, espescially at low volumes. At the end of each day, I could even throw that low bid out so that it will be seen for the rest of the night. Doesn't really indicate the stock is going down there, someone needs to be willing to sell at these low levels. BTW, if someone wants to sell, sell, sell me some shares at .25, I will take em.
