Hi Carolyn, the pasta that i've been using is Capelli d'Angelo, is it a combination of angel hair and cappellini? The reason I like it is because it only take 3 min to cook, I can't find any type of pasta that will take less time than this one... however, if you do know one, please let me know... ggg... and instant noodle doesn't count.

Your method sounds good to me, should I mix the chicken stir fry with the broccoli pasta or should I separate them, so I can have two flavor of pasta for the day? Like the broccoli pasta for lunch, and the chicken stir fry for dinner?

Oh may I ask what's the use of galic in preparing the broccoli pasta? Just to make it smell good?
