Ive said on numerous occasions this company is beyond saving. Instead of pulling more people on to this sinking ship I would...

1) Publicly disclose what all the mystery notes paid for
2) Assist the SEC in getting all the facts on ALL the players in this scheme. Don't wait for subpoenas and make them drag answers out of you. Kind of like this board has had to drag answers out of you.
3) Don't insult the investors intelligence blaming it all on Klok, or Appel. Have those other individuals resign or fired.
4) Stop promoting this company with lies.
5) If the company is in crazy debt with all its eggs in a basket of a 10,000 lease then acknowledge its over and dont hurt anyone else.

As a reminder here was your theory back in Nov of 2011. Back when you stated you had no ties to ALTO, before you were Mcfarland who had no ties to ALTO except for the ALTO Cascade connection you forgot to mention.

We didn't want Alto stock once we saw what was happening to it. There is a slim possibility the company could still be saved if put under a new and ethical management team.

I feel the same way now that I did then, back when Howie and Gardner were with the company, just as they are now. Opinions vary

Id say there is no chance of the company being saved. A) Current management has no asset. Only lies and tons of debt. B) No ethical management team would want anything to do with this company.

Five ways to Improve ALTO?

Easy. Cancel all shares held by insiders and contribute all the cash received from the illicit sale of stock in your pump and dump scheme.

Then ALTO would have $20,000,000 in cash; 25,000,000 shares and would be rid of the lot of you as you'd all be fired but for the games you play with voting control and stock manipulation.
