Not no ties, no stock.

My motivation is to save the company and the Excelsior. Because of the terms of the Alto Cascade Resources operating agreement, the only way was to do this is to take control of Alto. Alto is presently looking for a JV partner to take the Excelsior Mine to production.

A new report on the Excelsior Mine will be posted on the Alto web page next week. The 2012 report contains ore reserve, mining, milling, and capital cost estimates. The ore reserve estimates conform to SEC Industry Guide 7 requirements.
