As a reminder here was your theory back in Nov of 2011. Back when you stated you had no ties to ALTO, before you were Mcfarland who had no ties to ALTO except for the ALTO Cascade connection you forgot to mention.

We didn't want Alto stock once we saw what was happening to it. There is a slim possibility the company could still be saved if put under a new and ethical management team.

I feel the same way now that I did then, back when Howie and Gardner were with the company, just as they are now. Opinions vary

Id say there is no chance of the company being saved. A) Current management has no asset. Only lies and tons of debt. B) No ethical management team would want anything to do with this company.
