OT: Just read through the discussion.. What a pleasure to read through posts without being diverted to the garbage of the RB... One thing on the topic in discussion..Our safety record has been absolutely terrible of late...That doesn't mean that our pilots did anything wrong, but it looks like the US needs to get busy and cut down on the mistakes... I heard an interesting point on cnn today..They said that the old hard liners from China put themselves into a corner by asking for the apology...There is no easy way out of this situation and for the older generation this is the last opportunity to try to appear strong to the west...Many of the younger folks (50's and below) in China seem more flexible in changing toward western ways...Let's hope they work it out soon..
