Investorman: good article, and of course it does ring a bell. The hope is that the leadership and bureacrats in China have seen the handwriting on the wall and have been receptive to change. As such, they are most vulnerable to friendship. I remember, when we were kids, how altercations were followed by deeper friendships. Until the incident, however, we just hated each other. On the other hand, one wonders what Dr. Phan might have to say about this latest potential challenge.
