And Island looker, you may want to address your next complaint directly to each and every Director on their Board. Doing this it is considered delivered in 5 days and they most often respond and or at least address the issue within 10 days.

Sooshie...I know you have been doing a lot of research on who we should contact. I went through the IIROC site and I came away with the conclusion that I would contact them 1st if I had a problem with a securities co., trading firm, or investment firm. They are a non-profit, self-governing regulatory body for investment dealers for Canada.

The OSC on the other hand would handle all fraud complaints against public companies headquartered in Ontario, such as ABX. i.e. when Muddy Waters uncovered the alleged fraud at Sino-Forest, it was the OSC who was involved. Sino-forest is headquartered in Mississauga, ON.

A key contact at the OSC is Tom Atkinson, Director of Enforcement.
With a LinkedIn account you can easily direct mail him. LinkedIn also gives names of other people to contact at the OSC within the Enforcement Division, if you do not get a response from Atkinson.

I will happily draft a letter to Atkinson @the OSC. Just waiting on the press release from MWR.
