Hi island looker, I did a bit of research and the IIROC "go to girl" so to speak, I believe, has led you astray. According to IIROC's Mandate and Bylaws they are the organization to contact.

The "go to girl" I believe has put you on thier Merry Go Round.
When a person contacts them, it's important to quote the By Law to which your complaint relates to, that way they know that you know and they can't wiggle around it.

So if you don't get the appropriate response from her forward, I suggest you pull up their By Laws from below. Quote their words ie By Law 1 [2.b] as per written by their Board of Directors.
