Hookrider--This is my last post on the topic of whether Nokia's lawyers somehow improperly used sealed documents or information. You just posted:

I just reviewed the docket from Judge Lynn's court. Both the Markman Report and Partial Summary Judgment Order were vacated and the seal was removed by Judge Lynn so that those rulings were made available to the public at large. If anyone wanted, they could have put those rulings on a billboard in Times Square.
I have not had an opportunity to review the Deleware action to determine whether Oso is correct in that Nokia is using rulings from the Ericy case to support their attack on IDCC's 3G patents. Even if they are, it doesn't help them since those rulings are now vacated.
