IMO you are right. Now to my point NOK was not suppose to know this. Only there Lawyers were. IMO that's what Judge Lynn said.

Now NOK was able to act on that tid-bit. We as shareholders didn't because we didn't know. IMO the SEC should look in to that.

Also IMO only, it was said in the ERICY/IDCC agreement, That once NOK or any of the Named compaines sign for 2G, ERICY would sign for 3G. Another good reason for NOK to head for the courts ahead of IDCC. More news we as shareholders didn't know but NOK might have.
