The idea is that we will get our divvys first. Then later the new ticker symbol of HYDRA which is at the same time I believe of the initial .08 to .16 cent pps. They will take out of ARSC the shares they will give everyone before final transition.

Winkie, I don't think you understand. ARSC is a holding company; not an operationg company. Hydra Fuel Cell Corp. is the operating company and is a wholly owned subsidiary of ARSC. When Hydra becomes public, your ARSC shares are still there. You have your ARSC shares and new Hydra shares in form of dividends.

There ways to become public. One is have an IPO like Facebook or Google did. But Hydra choose to become public not thru IPO, but to buy control of a Public Company Ivoice. So you have two Public Companies now in your Portpolio- ARSC and Hydra.
