I am totally confused. We have around 20million shares of ARSC, the divvy, if the ratio is 1 to 150, should amount to around 133 thousand shares of Hydra, so if ARSC is no more, then all those shares would be merged into one company, totalling to approx 20.133 million shares of HYDRA, prior to the r/s?

Of course, if there is no production announcement, my divvy shares will be sold ASAP for all I can get, then the original ARSC will eventually become HYDRA then be rs'd?

Guess the explains why no filings since 2010.
