That's what I thought. HYDRA will hopefully be worth something, ARSC is nothing. It was worth around .60 or so 7 or 8 years ago, then dropped like a rock to where it now is, and since no filings since 2010, I am wondering if it will just go away never to be seen again. A holding company could become profitable, it would seem, if it's subsidiaries are profitable.

So why have they not filed an annual report since 2010 if they plan on remaining a "holding" company?

Let's hope they can bring this Hydra Fuel Cell business out to the masses in a way that, garners interest both publicly and highlight the benefits to the Government of assisting in the development of this future Technology.

The Government didn't hesitate on their bail-outs efforts to failed businesses ( Banks, Car Companies ) all due to mismanagement among other things.

Why not take bold steps to set-up an alternative energy bill
to create a budget to support Innovatative Companies striving to continue to seek solutions to the countries...world energy needs?

A Govenrment contract for HYDRA FUEL CELLS would definitely spark not only public interest but, also Business Investment interest.
