I was going to buy some of this until I saw your post. Just another OTC stock with an apaprently low float until you read the fine print. Over 300million in prefferred shares? No thanks. For anyone buying this, I would be extremly cautious on holding this for the long haul if it shoots up on a good panel vote. Take your profits quickly.
