Unfortanately sometimes giving preferred is a necessity for bio comps looking to move along their pipeline without give away rights to their drugs. I think that in the larger picture you have to look at who the preferred shares are going to Warburg Pincus, which is a highly respected Bio investor, look at their portfolio. Deerfield does not have a shabby record either.
