What if Nok did use them for other matters, ie: some of the other litigations against IDCC? There were some comments on this board that maybe some of these litigations would be withdrawn due to Judge Lynn's reversal, and I was hoping that would be real possibility, but your response suggests otherwise. TIA
Notwithstanding her ruling, it has seemed as though NOK has thrown some information that they obtained as a result of the ruling into their filings in the UK and DE. I believe that NOK has dug themselves into a huge hole. JMHO-Oso
