I would have to see the information you are referring to in the actual filings as I honestly doubt it inmho. Nokia probably referenced the findings made in the partial summary judgment motion that was unvacated by Judge Lynn and their impact on IDCC's patents, but I do not believe that the seal for the partial summary judgment ruling was only lifted for use in the arbitration. I believe that the partial summary judgment ruling became public. Regardless, that decision has now been reversed by the Federal Circuit and I am sure that IDCC will notify whatever courts those statements were made in.
