Today's movement came from higher than avg. volume (NYSE 897 mln, vs. 808 mln avg; Nasdaq 1879 mln, vs. 1692 mln avg), with advancers outpacing decliners (NYSE 1685/1291 Nasdaq 1280/1250), and with new highs outpacing new lows (NYSE new highs/new lows 179/0 and NASDAQ new highs/new lows 128/11).
