I would say 95% in my book . One most important thing : Did he find a Private investors willing to put serious money , for developing Matt's business plan , on the table ? And I believe , as soon as he PR about it very clear , BCAP will see a Pennyland in no time . Good Luck to us . Still buying BCAP and holding strong .
