Looks like Matt is delivering everything so far as promised;
In December, the Company had the software installed on to its server and over the past few weeks has been working on meeting all the other requirements, such as obtaining insurance, registering with The Securities Transfer Agents Medallion Program, and ordering a document reader to verify the Medallion Stamp. In February Baron Capital Transfer and Registrar will submit an application to Depository Trust Corporation to enter the FAST program. Updates will follow shortly.
