The Net Cap Req was just for the trades that had occurred prior to the suspension was it not? Still seems like there is a big problem with MAMG that the regulators have to address at some point? Agreed? You certainly seem correct about the magnitude- With 138K short admitted in PR (+ any MMs- likely another 40K) and BCIT maybe 400M shares on a float of 2.5M or so (51% insider) is only a 160 magnitude. Still HUGE but nnot nearly the GVRP/MAMG problem.
The BIG difference does seem to be the CEO in the case of BCIT is concerned about shareholders. Geez, he didnt thank us for being patient, etc. Ha Ha Ha - Due to his actions he rocks and with GVRP we get constant thank yous while the CEO is trying to wiggle out of the mess and screw us.
