OTCmarkets.com is a one stop shop for finding company information. Sunbiz.org is the secretary of state website, you know, where you actually file all of your information. Of course, you know that though, you own tons of businesses.

When they file for ANYTHING it shows on sunbiz same day, period!
That IS a fact too.

Speaking of OTCMarkets, I just checked this morning AS remains

I think you have it backwards. sunbiz.org is an official site for Florida, the state of their incorporation. Official documents, including the real and actual A/S structure is posted there, or available in legal documents.

otcmarkets.com is just a site where they can report share structure and other information. It is NOT official, as a matter of fact, that information is provided by the company themselves, which leaves a lot of room for unscrupulous info to appear. It is not even verified by otcmarkets.com. As long as they get their fee, they likely don't even care.

They report to OTCMarkets.com not some sunbiz thing.

The SS was not confirmed as being the same as it was updated on OTCMarkets.com on Feb. 1st.

The company gives them this information not me and not sunshinebiz or whatever that was.

The share structure is right here on this link at the bottom right and it looks like they are finishing the job of diluting as I said days ago.

It's right here in black and white.
