You are talking about the a/s not the o/s...what is up with people around here?..the o/s has changed and that doesnt need a filing until they want to increase the a/s....
I am sure they will finish diluting it to the last share first then you will either see an R/S keeping the current A/S for room to do a do over or A/S increase. I never said they filed anything yet.
This is a basic pattern this company is following. It isn't like they invented it but they sure as heck are doing everything I suggested so far to the T.
