Kim's returning 11,666,500 of his own shares to the company and retiring them was a huge personal sacrifice--which, in turn, indicates his deep concern for the wellbeing of both the company and the shareholders!

Very impressive, and if/when people understand this, it should give them a lot of confidence in the company.

Go KBLB!

I just gave you accurate info several days ago, how did you miss it?

332292000 is what Kim had
320625500 is what he has.

WRONG WRONG WRONG

AS OF AUGUST 2011(S1 FILING!)
Class A Common Stock

He hasn't had 330 M shares for quite some time, you are using OLD filings and ignoring the new ones.

On December 29, 2006, the Company’s founder returned 11,666,500 shares of common stock to the Company. These shares were cancelled and retired. Accordingly, the net effect on equity is $0.

Talk about using 5 year old DD, sheesh.

This is the same thing you did to try to prove that defeudis never accumulated 45 million shares, you used a 2007 filing and ignored a 2010 filing proving that I was correct.
