TY joby, that sounds solid.

Though I am mystified as to how a majority shareholder could have his asset on the block with out having a provision in his agreement with Morey that he had to approve any deal.

"the shareholder who repesents 51% of AIMH"

There's a Beneficial Owner section in the Disclosure Statement filed very recently. It's supposed to reflect directors, officers and beneficial owners who hold more than 5% of the outstanding as of 12/31/11. There's only one person listed, E. G. Marchi, and I assume that is based on his position because ownership shown is -0-.

How long has Marchi held the positions based on which he signed the filing (Pres and CFO)? I'm new here, but I was of the understanding that he took them subsequent to 12/31/11.
How long has the 51% holder of the shares held them?
Have you named them in the past? If not, what is the basis for their remaining anonymous?

Apologies if these questions have been answered previously. If that's the case, just let me know and I'll find them.

Yes, actually Jobynimble is correct. Marchi is NOT the appointed/voted Officer, nor was Morey authorized to do any of this. The shareholders will rectify this. Otherwise...

Morey and Marchi may need to invest in a wetsuit on their way to Hawaii.

All jokes aside,

Majority shareholders and the original movers have on the table the desire for all those who have invested and held to prosper and profit. Also, we will need to COLLECTIVELY back tangible assets, and support a real staff and officers to lead AIM back.

Takes a bit of money, yes, and WORK.

Also, there are interested parties in seeing AIM grow, place new projects into the company and grow.

Stock price is not the goal.

A real Venture, Partner, etc, who sees the potential is viable. Capital to place will see the potential for growth.

We have projects to work with AIM, VISION and future growth is key.
