I don't get the joke. Hawaii is a state of the United States of America, and Morey can be extradicted to the place of jurisdiction with relative ease and little cost to tax payers.

If Morey wants to flee justice, maybe he should consider Cuba, P.R. China, Nambia, United Arab Emirates, North Korea, or Bahrain, lol.
