I just got back from an AMTRAK trip to the Washington DC area, In the back of my mind The Swamp lurked. Never caught a glimpse of it.

What I did see was Arlington National Cemetery, The National Mall, The World War Two Memorial, The Korean War Memorial and The Vietnam War Memorial.

My daughter and son-in Law took me on the tours.

That was all on Saturday the 20th. Antietam Battle Field
