You don't think Simes will be motivated to see pps rise when he just got 800,000 shares? All he needs is a $1.25 and he's got a cool million.

Let me see...I am the CEO...I get 800,000 shares for my work...I'm going to make damn sure those shares are worth something!

He has the right to buy @.68 until 1/24/2012. 1/4 of the shares vests on Jan 2013, Jan 2014, Jan 2015, Jan 2016 respectively.

Summary - Simes can buy up to 800,000 shares at that price until a year from now... He can't begin to sell any and only 200k per year starting 2013.

Smart ownership.. They know the stock price is going to be a lot higher, good idea to lock things in at these levels. Good sign for investors as well.
