Then you know that SRGE has NO Mining Titles in their name ... if you did your DD that is.

There are no SEC investigations nor is there any pending and/or past litigation for SRGE. The purchase price for the Cinco Minas Group which consists of 12 exploration concessions was $5M & Gran Cabera Group which consist of 3 exploration & 2 exploitation concessions was $2.5M, for an aggregate total of $7.5M which was paid in full on 8/31/11.

Anyone alleging there is a SEC investigation or pending or past litigation, please provide proof and/or link. There is none!
