There are no SEC investigations nor is there any pending and/or past litigation for SRGE. The purchase price for the Cinco Minas Group which consists of 12 exploration concessions was $5M & Gran Cabera Group which consist of 3 exploration & 2 exploitation concessions was $2.5M, for an aggregate total of $7.5M which was paid in full on 8/31/11.
