fmi81, I think you nailed 'em. And really, there is even more. Treaty has acquired another 1,000,000 acres of concessions in Belize. They have, as you pointed out, reduced debt, and just as importantly, or perhaps even more so, increased the assets of Treaty in the past year, substantially. Overall, an excellent job of management by Treaty to improve shareholder value from .01 or less to about .04 in a year. Nice.

Jen pointed out facts, you are just pointing out "speculation". Every investor should care what happened in Kansas, and OTHER unreported properties. Jen is echoing the fundamental problems with this Corporation. She is trying to articulate to you the facts about TECO's actions which will result in the ultimate failure of this Corporation.

TECO's actions against Internet Posters are a joke. My dog can write a better one. This is a clear attempt by TECO to shun the truth. These actions will die, a direction where TECO is heading.

Monetization of debt is NOT a reduction of debt

"Kansas has not been updateed so we have no idea what exists. And who cares since Treaty is focusing on Texas and Belize"

Who cares? Maybe the people who bought stock based on a press release saying there was a completed acquisition of Kansas assets. Have you forgotten all the postings you did over the deal? A press release stated the deal was done and the projections were made, stock was sold, and now in SEC filings there cant be anything located to confirm that press release. Kind of like it never even happened, but made for great momentum for a couple months didnt it?

Now, everyone is told to just wait on Belize. We have to wait for this, the Belize government, the drilling crew just left the drilling spot and went to Texas and now they are back. This, that, and then some more of this. When did the first well get drilled? How many MONTHS ago did they start drilling an oil well to what...2,000ft? That only takes two days, one day if your crew is good.

Here is is the middle of January and now its "oh well we need to drill the other Belize wells in order to put out the press release on everything".
