Simple solution to your problem with Treaty; sell your shares and move on to the next big OTCBB stock. Though you should be familiar with the typical OTCBB startup delays, change in business plans, etc. An OTCBB shareholder will need to except these dynamics in order to remain patient. We're talking years not months to most success' in these startups and thats if they make it. Didn't you know this when you bought TECO shares? You seem surprised by delays and change in corporate direction i.e. not following through with Kansas.

Texas and Belize appears to be the area of focus for Treaty. But if someone did buy in on a Kansas PR and is now upset, I suggest they sell and take the 300% profit still on the table. If they would have sold at the high they would have made almost 700%, So I suggest anyone who purchased stock on Kansas has done and can still do very very well even if they sold today...

Who cares? Maybe the people who bought stock based on a press release saying there was a completed acquisition of Kansas assets.
