Here’s some info ‘googled’ on this woman, Elizabeth Harrington-Lynch, mentioned in the 8K filing. Board member of the Chicago Merchantile Exchange (CME) sounds pretty straight up. I’m not certain that this Patrick Lynch is here spouse but there is he also sits on the CME Board . Sounds like she’s been brought in either a Mary Ho compliment or a Mary Ho replacement. Given that Ho came in with Carlisle and isn’t part of the new Executive Board, my guess is that she’s out too or soon will be.

The SEC filing posted on the Yahoo board appears to differ from that on the actually SEC website. The Yahoo board seems to have deleted the initial paragraph about the on-going negotiations with the subsidiary of Shanghai Automotive Industries Corp. The company should contact Yahoo about updating their copy of the filing.
....to compare Dr. Dobbs who was formerly the Director of Tank Automotive Command and is now a member of the prestigious Army Science Board with an 18th century sailor is lucrative.
I'm sure them must have intended to say "ludicrous”.
