Here’s some info ‘googled’ on this woman, Elizabeth Harrington-Lynch, mentioned in the 8K filing. Board member of the Chicago Merchantile Exchange (CME) sounds pretty straight up. I’m not certain that this Patrick Lynch is here spouse but there is he also sits on the CME Board . Sounds like she’s been brought in either a Mary Ho compliment or a Mary Ho replacement. Given that Ho came in with Carlisle and isn’t part of the new Executive Board, my guess is that she’s out too or soon will be.
