The SEC filing posted on the Yahoo board appears to differ from that on the actually SEC website. The Yahoo board seems to have deleted the initial paragraph about the on-going negotiations with the subsidiary of Shanghai Automotive Industries Corp. The company should contact Yahoo about updating their copy of the filing.
