I actually have something about a vote in my optionsXpress inbox as well. I am trying to figure it out as we speak.

It is a ballot, but I have not found any further information.

Who voted? Anyone that lived in the same state that Transfer Online mailed the votes from. That would be the only way, given that they mailed out the letter and voting card just before the holidays. If lucky, you it just before the vote ended and could maybe send it back the same day for your vote to count.
