Suspect, I read the PR and it says, the application of the R/S is approved by the majority of the shareholders. So the intension of an R/S is approved. But what I do not understand is that who were the majority, because I certainly did not got any e-vote invitation at the begining of January, till now! So who were there, who voted, in what numbers, percentages, who voted for, against, etc.

So Mark is a bit run forward with this statement, assuming that the shareholders will vote for it!!

But that is my opinion only.
