From what I have seen with the SEC, they tend to move very slowly with these things.

Maybe it's because they don't want to make mistakes, maybe it's because they are understaffed. Who knows?

From a lay person's point of view, it will take nothing short of a miracle for CMKX to survive this one.

You remember.. the one where you said that if your horse (which finished 14th BTW) didn't win that race, you would not post here anymore!! Your word has no value. You did not live up to your obligation. Why would anyone wager with you, under any terms??
