Sometimes it sure does look bleak doesn't it? Wonder why this wasn't shut down last year?

SEC sure seems to be stuck in a catch 22 right now don't they? Sure didn't do a good job protecting investors.

I'll make a friendly wager with ya!! I bet the SEC finds a way to postpone or NOT revoke CMKX. Wouldn't THAT be interesting.
