Hello Ty3. I agree the short term effects of a RS on the pps can be negative. That has nothing to do with the long term pps. IMO
Speculators, day traders, and shorters are always look at the view of a month or less. Once their reaction has played out, the pps will recover and rise as you should expect because the future is still improving. IMO

after R/S, PPS goes down for most stock including Citibank. That's why I hate R/S.
