Another penny stock I follow(CMGR) enacted a series of reverse splits over the course of just 1 year and instead of opening at 2 dollars post split,(20,000 x .0001) it immediately opened at 70 cents on the one split and I think even lower on the other. Reverse splits are the kiss of death for these type of stocks. imo Those type of PR's, the buyback of shares or talk of moving to a higher exchange, are taken right out of the players hand book. They are nothing more than ploys by management in an attempt to keep shareholders interested.
